Terms of Service

Effective Date: 10 April 2025 

1. Scope of Services

We provide bid strategy, communications consultancy, and support for public and private tenders. Services may include workshops, document development, competitor analysis, and related strategic input. 
 
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion. 

2. Client Responsibilities 

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information to enable us to deliver our Services effectively. Delays in feedback or approval may impact timelines and outcomes, for which we are not responsible. 

3. Fees and Payment 

All fees are outlined in individual client agreements or project proposals. Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, are agreed upon before project commencement. 
 
Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of Services until resolved. 

4. Confidentiality 

We treat all client information, data, and documentation as confidential unless otherwise agreed. You agree to the same level of confidentiality with respect to our proprietary methodologies and tools. 

5. Intellectual Property 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 
- We retain ownership of all tools, templates, or proprietary methods used during delivery of services. 
- Final deliverables become your property upon full payment. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

We make no guarantees that any proposal or tender will be successful. While we apply expert methods, outcomes depend on many external factors. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the Services provided. 

7. Termination 

Either party may terminate Services with reasonable notice. If terminated before project completion, you will be invoiced for work completed to date. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
